10th September – Online meet-up: ‘Travel without breaks in public transport: plus mobility thanks to data, systems and services’

How can data and systems interact to ensure that persons with reduced mobility – such as luggage, pushchairs, etc. – travel as smoothly as possible?

This meet-up explores the role of data along the entire travel chain and sheds light on the prerequisites, interfaces and system components needed for reliable and user-friendly services.

We will also present perspectives on current developments concerning the Elevator Service, the DDA (Law on Equality for Disabled Persons) and integration into the Open Journey Planner (OJP).

The meet-up will focus on the following subjects:

  • The journey of data in public transport:
    • The necessary data depending on the time and location of the journey
    • The points of intervention of data and system components throughout the travel chain
